Ben did a fantastic job with the flooring installation of our LVP. He covered ~1400 sq. ft single handedly and covered a plethora of surfaces from living room, dining room, fireplaces, bathrooms, tight corners in the kitchen, flame control valves embedded in the floor. I am very pleased with the results. He was professional, experienced, and efficient. Arrived on time, cleaned up after and used top notch tools to provide a great finish. I was particularly impressed with his attention to detail. He took the time to measure and cut the flooring precisely, and they made sure that the seams were perfectly aligned. My upstairs carpet was really stretched out. So bad you could trip over it. So I seen the sign for Cut A Rug Flooring Installation. Well Ben King is awesome. After fixing the issue of water getting into our basement we were looking for someone to help us put a section of carpet back in its place. Most contractors are looking to install new carpet and we got lucky with Cut A Rug Flooring Installation. Ben is an expert in carpet repair and restretching. He came out to restretch and fix the carpet and now you can't tell that the carpet was ever taken out. He was able to do this without having to move the pool table. Not only did Ben stretch the carpet out he also helped move our furniture back without us requesting him to do so. Ben and Stephanie were amazing to work with. Ben came out, gave me a quote and was very reasonable and he was very quick and efficient with the install. Stephanie was very easy to work with, and coordinate the scheduling and rescheduling. My job included a 200 ft.² mudroom addition using vinyl plank flooring that I provided and sub flooring underlayment. Been knocked it out quickly and by the time I ran my errands and got back home with the extra box about 4 1/2 hours later he was almost done and it looked great. I have a school room, master bedroom and two walk in closets that I plan on redoing with hardwood flooring that I will be Having them do when I get around to it here shortly. You will not be disappointed and using them for your flooring. I’ve been in business myself, and have done lots of vinyl plank and hardwood flooring myself, for myself and others, and I can say that they are very reasonably priced, very thorough, very professional, highly skilled and pleasant to work with. For this a project I contacted three others and Ben’s price was great, and I do not feel the need to contact anybody else on my upcoming projects due to his honest pricing which was lower than what I would’ve charge or expected to pay myself. We thought we would have to replace our carpet because of bubbles. Ben showed up and repaired it and now it's perfect. The fact that he also moves furniture was a bonus. We thought we would have to re-carpet our bedroom. Instead of selling us new carpet he explained he could also repair it. We also got a great quote on flooring our kitchen. I am a picky customer, and am very pleased with Ben’s work. Our walkout basement has uneven floors surrounded by floor to ceiling barn wood on the walls, making it challenging for any new floor. We opted for a roll out floor covering. Ben prepped the floor to level it, measured, cut, installed new floor being conscious of matching the pattern, then sealed the seams. The floor spanned across most of our house so it was a BIG job. He even took time to cut in between every piece of barn wood so the finished job looks outstanding. I honestly cannot believe the magic Ben just did on a replacing a patch of carpet that my dog dug a hole in 12 years ago! I didn’t know patch carpet replacement was an option and had been covering the area with a rug! I was referred to Ben, he came out and replaced the piece with a remnant swatch I had. You cannot even tell a repair was done. I’m honestly floored. Wish I knew about this sooner but glad to at least have it done now!
