Ben was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional, and did a very thorough job fixing the squeaks in our floor below our carpet and stretching the carpet for us. Highly recommend his company - he didn’t cut any corners. Stephanie was also very professional and prompt. Seems like a genuinely good company.

Good work. Great results. The phone calls and texts to set up the job were helpful. I was able to send pics of the damage with an up front estimate. Ben, the flooring guy and owner, was prompt, explained everything he was going to do and why, and got right to work. Now all that is wonderful, but the reason he left a very happy customer were the results. Outstanding. We had huge waves in our carpet. Some in tricky places. So the change in the whole room was great. I’m pleased.

Ben King the owner of Cut a Rug is an expert. In our bedroom, I stained a patch of carpet with orange soda. A professional rug cleaner could not get it out. Ben was able to take a piece of carpet from the closet and switch out to our bedroom. You would never know the stain was ever there. We did not have to replace entire room.
