Flooring Sales & Mobile Showroom in Lake Orion, MI

Had a wonderful experience with Cut a Rug. Their prices are very reasonable and there work is excellent. Would highly recommend them.

I was very happy with our carpet installation!! Ben was very efficient, friendly, and great to deal with!! I would highly recommend them for any flooring job!!!

Ben was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional, and did a very thorough job fixing the squeaks in our floor below our carpet and stretching the carpet for us. Highly recommend his company - he didn’t cut any corners. Stephanie was also very professional and prompt. Seems like a genuinely good company.

Good work. Great results. The phone calls and texts to set up the job were helpful. I was able to send pics of the damage with an up front estimate. Ben, the flooring guy and owner, was prompt, explained everything he was going to do and why, and got right to work. Now all that is wonderful, but the reason he left a very happy customer were the results. Outstanding. We had huge waves in our carpet. Some in tricky places. So the change in the whole room was great. I’m pleased.

Helped us out with a small job – timing and cost super fair and quality work. Would recommend!

Ben did a wonderful job of installing new carpet. Overall very happy with the quality of install and the carpet itself. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with Cut a Rug Flooring. My dog tore up two sections of carpet in my house and Ben and Stephanie were able to have everything fully fixed and replaced in less than a few hours after I first contacted them! They were kind, caring, and very professional. Their customer service is second to none and they did great work on my carpet. It's as good as new. I couldn't recommend them more.

Ben King the owner of Cut a Rug is an expert. In our bedroom, I stained a patch of carpet with orange soda. A professional rug cleaner could not get it out. Ben was able to take a piece of carpet from the closet and switch out to our bedroom. You would never know the stain was ever there. We did not have to replace entire room. Highly recommend him and his firm. Thanks Ben. Lynn and Mike Norris
